  1. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions below, please leave the website and do not attempt to contact us this also includes via Phone, SMS, Social Media, E-mail & any contact forms on the site.

  2. This website and all of its content is owned by JP Auto Services, you must ask permission for use of any images/text or videos.

  3. This website promotes the business “JP Auto Services” and any products/brands sold by us.

  4. Logo’s, Website design, and all other intellectual property are not to be used by any business or persons other than “JP Auto Services”.

  5. If you access or use any part of this website then you agree to these conditions. If you do not agree to these conditions, please do not access or use this website or any other content relating to “JP Auto Services”.

  6. We may change these conditions at any time without any given notice. By continuing to use the website you agree to all the changes we make to these conditions.

  7. We collect and use information in line with our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you agree to the way in which we collect and use your information.

  8. You Cannot use the website for the following: for any unlawful purpose; to send spam; to harm, threaten, abuse or harass another person, or in a way that invades someone’s privacy or is (in our reasonable opinion) offensive or is unacceptable or damaging to us, our customers or suppliers; to create, check, confirm, update or amend your own or someone else’s databases, records, directories, customer lists, mailing or prospecting lists; to tamper with, update or change any part of the website; in a way that affects how it is run; in a way that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionably large burden on us or our suppliers’ communications and technical systems as determined by us; or using any automated means to monitor or copy the website or its content, or to interfere with or attempt to interfere with how the website works.

Limits to our liability

12. There is no limit to what we and the people who provide our services will be liable for if someone dies or is injured because of our negligence or because we have committed fraud.

13. Under no circumstances will the Advertiser, the owner or operator of this website, or any of their group companies, employees, officers or agents, or any other organisation involved in creating, producing, maintaining or distributing the website be liable for any loss of:

profits; business or business opportunities; savings you expect to make; goodwill; use of, or corruption to information.

14 .If we do not keep to these conditions, they will only be liable for losses you have suffered as a direct result. We are not liable to you for any other losses whether such losses are because we have not kept to our obligations or contract, because of something we have done or not done in negligence, due to defamatory statements or liability for a product or otherwise as a result of: using or relying on the website; not being able to use the website; any mistake, fault, failure to do something, missing information, or virus on the website or if it does not work properly because of incidents outside of our control such as (but not limited to) interruptions to communication and networks and circumstances beyond our control; theft, destruction of information or someone getting access to our records, programs or services without our permission; goods, products, services or information received through or advertised on any website which we link to from this website; or any information, data, message or other material which you email, post, upload, reproduce, send, or otherwise distribute or receive using the website.


The whole agreement

15. These conditions make up the whole agreement between you and us in how you use the website. If a court decides that a condition is not valid, the rest of the conditions will still apply.


The law

16. The laws of England and Wales apply to your use of the website and these conditions. We control the website from within the United Kingdom. However, you can get access to the website from other places around the world. Although, these places may have different laws from the laws of England and Wales, by using the website you agree that the laws of England and Wales will apply to everything relating to you using the website and you agree to keep to these laws. We have the right to take you to court in the country you live in.


Cancellations / Bookings

17.By contacting us for quotes or bookings via phone/sms/email or any other forms of communication you agree to any cancellation charge that may be given if a cancelation is made within the last 72hours of the date of work commencing. If you cancel an installation you will be charged your deposit fee you have paid.

If any amount is unpaid once we invoice you. We give you a further 7 days to settle the amount then the debt is passed onto our debt collection agency and a further admin fee's will be added.

Any re-stocking of items / products or refunds will be subject to a 15% admin fee. This will be deducted from which payment method you have used. This is to cover any costs incurred and labour time.

Refunds for items purchased - ( for example a dashcam as a present/gift ) providing the item is as new / sealed we will refund you within 28 days of purchase. You will however need to provide your full receipt.

Refunds regarding fitted products -  All products are fitted to a high standard and we support the warranties for the items we sell. Please be aware unless an item is in re-sellable condition we are unable to refund these fitted products.

Warranty / Claims / Costs

We as a company “JP AUTO SERVICES” will happily repair or replace any product that is within the warranty period of 12 months. Some products which have extended warranty of 2-3 years will have a warranty backed by the manufacture. Please be aware after 12 months of the purchase date a call out charge to repair products will be applied. JP AUTO SERVICES can't be held liable for a product that has failed within the manufacture warranty period / or there is an unknown fault with the vehicle. For example: A system that has failed and caused a none start or break down. We will not pay for any recovery fee's, any related labour costs or any related loss of earnings. This also applies to any installation carried out by us, we will not be responsible for any recovery fee's, loan vehicles, or transport / loss of earnings. We will fully return the vehicle back to fully working / original condition providing our workmanship is proven via a main dealer written engineers report that our installation / workmanship has caused an issue with the vehicle.


Our warranty doesn't cover modifications done to the vehicle after installation. For example an Autowatch Ghost immobiliser stops working due to a remap of the vehicles ECU or any other form of immobilisation blocking no longer working. This also applies to remote start add ons, for example a remote start system no longer working due to a manufatures update or keys being deleted from the ECU memory.


It is down to you the customer to make sure any product we are installing doesn't effect your warranty or lease agreement. We are fully insured for up to 2 million pounds in the event of a claim. In a rare case of a product failing you need to give us a FAIR amount of time to get the warranty replacement fitted. A receipt will need to be provided when requested.


In the event of an alarm system siren that becomes faulty within the first year of warranty, We will replace the siren free of charge. If you have paid our £65 Mobile installation fee then this also includes us replacing the siren in the same town the system was fitted once. We will only cover 1 replacement siren in the first year of installation that has been fitted using our mobile fitting service. If your system is over 1 year old but still within the manufactures warranty, the customer “you” will need to bring the vehicle to us for a replacement or pay a further mobile installation fee.

If the siren is found to be damaged by rodents, accidental damage, water damage from over cleaning/jet washing where the siren is fitted then we will not replace the siren and a new siren must be purchased.



In the event of a tag or remote sold with a immobiliser, alarm or tracking system by us becomes faulty within the first year of warranty, We will replace the tag or remote free of charge. If you have paid our £65 Mobile installation fee then this also includes us replacing the siren in the same town the system was fitted. We will only cover 1 replacement tag or remote within the first year of installation. If your system is over 1 year old but still in the manufactures warranty, the customer “you” will need to bring the vehicle to us for a replacement or pay a further mobile installation fee. We do also offer a replacement via post which is free of charge providing your old tag or remote has been returned to us.


Any items sent by post to us “JP AUTO SERVICES” must be sent with a tracking number and this provided to us. In the event of a loss and no tracking number has been provided we will not replace the returned product. A postage insurance must be also be purchased to the same value of what a new tag or remote costs before posting the item back to us.



Once a system is fitted and the online system has been activated, it remains the responsibility of the customer “you” to keep this subscription active with the provider. If the online provider does not honor the service then “JP AUTO SERVICES” is not to be held responsible for this. For example: If you have not paid the subscription cost and the provider switches your service off the customer “you” is responsible for this. If the service has been terminated, you will then be charged by us to replace the SIM or Product to resume full service.


Emergency override cards/codes:

Alarm systems and Immobiliser’s come with an emergency override procedure. We do not keep these on file for security reasons however we can add them to your invoice notes. It remains your responsibility to keep this safe as some manufactures do not replace these so a new system will need to be installed. These cards/codes must NOT be left in the vehicle under any circumstances.
